According to statistics, heart disease and stroke are the main killer of human health, each year about 17.5 million people claimed the lives of the world.
据统计,心脏病和中风是威胁人类健康的主要杀手,每年夺去全球约1750万人的生命。

What Is Cardiovascular Disease?
什么是心血管病?

Cardiovascular Disease is a group of diseases that affect the heart and surrounding blood vessels such as High blood pressure,Coronary artery disease, Valvular heart disease,Stroke & Rheumatic heart disease,etc.
心血管疾病是指影响心脏和周围血管的一组疾病, 列如高血压,冠状动脉疾病,瓣膜性心脏病, 中风
风湿性心脏病等。

Who Is At Risk 高风险群
1. A woman over 55 years old, woman who passed menopause or have ovary removed, those who are not taking estrogen
如果你是55岁以上的妇女,或者已经过了更年期或者你的卵巢已被摘除,如果妳没有服用雌激素

2. Your parents or brothers & sisters who had a heart attack before age 55
你的父母亲或者兄弟姐妹在55岁之前曾经有过心脏病

3. Smoker or the person who lives or works with the people who smoke every day
你吸烟或者是每天和吸烟的人一起生活或工作

4. People whose cholesterol level is not what it should be
胆固醇水平不稳定的人

5. People whose HDL cholesterol low or LDL high
那些HDL胆固醇过低或者LDL过高的人

6. People whose blood pressure is 140/90 or higher.
血压140/90或者高于140/90的人

7. People who have less than 30 minutes of physical activities on most days
大多数日子里体力活动少于30分钟的人

8. People who are more than twenty pounds overweight
体重超过20磅的人

9. People who have diabetics
患有糖尿病的人

Think About It: “What Can You Do About It?”
想一想, 你该怎么办?

According to US Department of Agriculture (USDA)
Daily Value (DV) recommended by Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA) by National Academy of Science
To be healthy (to neutralize free radicals),an average person should take 3 to 5 servings of vegetables daily, 2 to 4 servings of fruit
根据美国农业部(USD)国家科学院推荐的每日蔬果摄取单位,
正常人为了健康(中和自由基),每天应该食用3至5份蔬菜, 2至4份水果。

Ask yourself simple questions: How many of you have taken enought fruit & vegetable every day? How many of you excersie at least 30 minutes daily?
问问自己几个简单的问题:有多少人每天都吃足够的水果和蔬菜?有多少人每天至少运动30分钟?

If you do not want to accept your current self, do not want to make your heart condition shorten or stop your life, then from now on we should immediately take an action! Become your own best doctor! Only by doing this, you can completely reverse the index of your life. Let yourself live younger & younger, live more & more beautiful & attractive, live more & more healthy. Longevity should be the choice of each person’s life. Gene index is given by the parents, but the life index is created by yourself. Only you are the master of your life, only you can control your longevity Index。
